Everything went smooth
Everything went smooth, this is the future, even for this dusty, heavy industry - a few clicks, a couple of phone calls and a few days later the equipment was delivered. I appreciate JCB Equipments Marketplace's team, great mobilization and perseverance in finding the best value option for transport. Thank you, with your help I was able to keep my employees happy and make their work easier by getting the equipment on time. Highly recommended, these guys will get the job done!!!

This is my 2nd purchase
This is my 2nd purchase from JCB Equipments Marketplace, this time a bigger one, a Bobcat V519 Telehandler (the first one was a Kubota SVL95 - this was a year ago, I'm still happy with it). I was still worried until the telehandler got here, about the condition, but I definitely don't regret buying it now that I got it. It's in impeccable condition, a buddy of mine even made an offer on it after he saw it, $5k on top of what I paid. What can I say, I have Karl's contact, their sales manager, he will be my first call for when I'll need another piece of equipment delivered fast. This is actually my first review online, but it felt like it needs to be done

My brother in law recommended
My brother in law recommended JCB Equipments Marketplace, he had bought from them last year and was happy with the backhoe received. I was a bit leary at first of buying without putting my eyes on it first, considering this is a big purchase, a CAT 305 mini excavator and I am all the way up in Seattle, but in the end it turned out great. I don't usually leave reviews, but they're totally worth it, I had to do it. JCB Equipments Marketplace - total transparency, you get what you paid for, exactly as they said it would be. I'm still using the mini excavator, had no issues with it so far. The team there knows their business and treat you right. That's a recipe for success!

My experience is not so happy
My experience is not so happy with these guys. I decided to buy a backhoe from JCB Equipments Marketplace that I needed for my farm in Texas. I saw the pictures, video, inspection report, talked to them on the phone and started the process of buying it. They sent me a bill of sale that I signed, then an invoice. My bank took a little longer than I expected to approve my loan, but I surely didn't think a week later I would get an email saying that my transaction has been canceled and the invoice voided for non-payment. When I called to ask what's going on, they said it's sold. Not happy at all about this, I could have paid for it in cash, I just thought I'd use the bank's money and keep the cash for a rainy day. Very disappointed, I don't recommend buying from JCB Equipments Marketplace

I leave this review to tell my story with JCB Equipments Marketplace. They had the equipment I needed, a friend of mine told me about them, so they had this CAT 305 exactly at the time I needed it. I got burned by buying things online (it wasn't as described or in the pictures) and I'm 12 hours away, so me and my mechanic took a flight to Texas to inspect it. Karl, their sales manager showed me their yard and the equipment. The mini excavator was as they said, my buddy the mechanic gave me the green light on it, happy days. But we spent a couple of thousands on the flights, hotel, uber, and 2 days without getting paid, so on second thought, I should have just taken advantage of their 7 days money back thing, I will do it next time for sure, I can't afford to waste money on flights, hotels, and lose good work (I build swimming pools). And also I could really use some time to relax. Thanks again JCB Equipments Marketplace

Being a local contractor
Being a local contractor, I've worked with JCB Equipments Marketplace for over 1 year now - I rent equipment from them when I don't have enough to get the job done. At the last job, we had this Case dozer, it broke down beyond repair- too expensive and too long time to fix it. So I called JCB Equipments Marketplace and asked if they had a dozer to rent long term, there wasn't one available to rent, but there was one for sale. At first we thought this is way over our budget, but after we've seen it, we decided an upgrade in our equipment fleet wouldn't be so bad. So we got ourselves a very good dozer that's getting the job done. Brilliant!

My neighbour and friend bought a
My neighbour and friend bought a tractor for his farm sight unseen from JCB Equipments Marketplace and I was surprised to see he got a very good one, very clean inside and outside, no smoke, no leaks, paint looking good also. So I asked him for their contact information, as I was looking for a specific model that they didn't have in stock at the time, but a couple of weeks later they called and said they had found one. It was $10k outside my budget, but from pictures and video it looked like exactly what I wanted so I decided to buy it. Very happy I did, I received exactly what I paid for, what I needed for quite some time. Great to deal with these people. I couldn't be happier and this will now be my 'go to' heavy equipment store
